This mornings walk/run/inspired exercise

Hi, when I got up this morning, I just felt motivated, perhaps cause I had an early night, perhaps because the day before..I thought I've gotta be more motivated and amp up my ways to high ways....I went and saw Limitless the film at Event cinemas recently, if you know the story, you'll know it's based around the charactor's life after discovering NZT a performance enhancing drug that enables 100% utilisation of the brains capacity...
Much like my Website Bodhi Torque aims to do, by enlightening and awaking your natural presence, ie I believe that a natural predisposition is to function and accelerate or decelarate at WILL utilising 100% of your capacity if need BE, i.e. the availability IS infinite.
So..around 5:30am I set off on my walk toward Wattle Downs and the waterfront, it's a great walk and convienient local coastal region adjacent to a golf course, edging the Manukau harbour, ample space and natural ambiance for recreating oneself purposefully and passionately.

Motion is the largest part of the word emotion, perhaps that is why you 'feel' so good when you go for a walk or choose exercise as your preferred means of renewal, that you recreate and elevate your best self toward feeling great...and the possibility of success in any endeavour, vocation or choice you make make becomes all the more realistic and that feeling of yeah! I can do that is there.
However your a human being, characterised by what you Do...habits or spontaniety, plans or infinite'ness', the cool thing about infinite'ness' is it's ALL in there, and ALL out here.

Torq, is one of my self created nicknames, the bodhitorque man being another, yet Torq is limitless, in the sense this is the identity or charactor I've created, there is a site called 43 things.com where you can set up your goals and get support and cheers, comments ,encouragement etc from other members.

On this site when you first encounter me, Torq, I say I'm living out my limitlessness...and so I AM, and so it is.

BrainQuicken was one of the Nootropics or possible NZT like enhancers on the market that I discovered, Tim Ferriss started the company that supplied this supplement, he got to the point where instead of 80hrs per week, he was working 4hrs a week on this Muse, his name for the cashflow business that empowered his chosen lifestyle...

when I read the article here I thought haha this guy sounds a lot like the guy in limitless; quote:
"With all of the extra time, Ferriss became a tango champion and, along with dance partner Alicia Monti, holds the Guinness Book of World Records record for the most consecutive tango spins in one minute; he also won a national Chinese kickboxing title, learned multiple languages and traveled to virtually every country worth seeing."by John Warrillow, Inc.com
Envy well I guess, authenticity, who knows, U knows whaT you knows...limitless

So embrace what 'he' is doing and go that way if you choose, how it empowered me, was that feeling of well if he can do that, I can too, Raw food is a natural nootropic. Water is an excellent brain nutrient, knock back a litre of quality spring water and see how your state changes immediately, if we take on the qualities of that which we consume; your gonna feel clearer, as water is innately clear and your innate 'talents' will appear. Focus, drop a pebble in a pond and you know what happens, drop a pebble in a river and nothing much is apparent so it is with focus, to see clear BE clear.

Rock on Tim, good luck to you with your future pursuits.
